How do I get started before the free plan launches? +

A free Midas Start plan is on the way. For now, the best way to begin is the Founding Beta, full platform access for $60/month. The Founding Beta is currently the only paid Midas plan. It includes complete platform access for $60/month. Essential, Growth, and Complete show the expected pricing structure once beta access closes.

Do I choose individual Midas products? +

Paid plans bundle products around complete business solutions, not individual line items. The upcoming Midas Start plan will begin with one workflow.

What happens when I need more tools? +

Midas recommends the right plan based on your actual usage, so you see one monthly price — not a product-by-product invoice.

Is the Founding Beta price permanent? +

The $60 monthly rate applies throughout the beta period. We’ll provide advance notice before standard pricing begins.

Are payment fees included in the monthly price? −

No. Payments collected through Midas include a 2.5% + 10¢ payment-processing fee and a 2.0% Midas platform fee. Together, the total is 4.5% + 10¢ per transaction.

Can I change plans? +

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Is pricing per employee? +

Each plan includes a set number of administrators. Additional staff seats are available on Growth and Complete.

Can I cancel and export my data? +

Yes. Cancel anytime, and export your customer records, content, and history in standard formats.

Do nonprofits receive a discount? +

Yes. Verified nonprofit organizations receive complimentary guided onboarding and discounted monthly plans. Contact Midas to confirm eligibility and choose the plan that fits your organization.
