Is there a setup fee?
Only our pro package requires a setup fee of $500. The set up includes migration of data, domain, and existing customers. Additional fees may incure in order to fulfill multiple screen options.
Do you have to sell the same products everywhere?
No, you get to decide where products are sold. If you want to sell something only in the store or only online, even amazon and ebay exclusives can be handled.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, if you don’t feel like Midas is satisfying your business e-commerce needs you may cancel your account at any time.
Are there any transaction fees?
Yes, there will be a 2% + 30 cent charge in addition to the credit terminal fee.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% saving on annual plans and a 15% savings on biennial plans. We also have several plans that offer customer savings including our spread the word program. Contact our support team to learn more.
What credit card readers are compatible with MIdas P.O.S?
You can purchase software from our products and harware store. Base on your continuous use of MIdas we will recommend the best products for your business use.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, here at midas we work side by side to insure that you have the best solutions at your disposal at anytime.
Do I have to use multiple P.O.S for multiple stores?
No, during the set up process we allow you to set up different inventory warehouses all on the same system.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can purchase a domain anywhere upon account creation we can use a designated midas domain until you’re ready to use your custom domain.
How do I accept payment
with Midas P.O.S
Midas integrates with Stripe terminal and Braintree and accepts credit card payments directly to your bank account. You can accept more payment methods in checkout such as Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Bitcoin and more. Contact us now to get started
Can I have multiple cash registers?
Yes, not only can you have multiple cash registers you can have them all performing different tasks. One can be used to check out customers, while another one is being used to print out orders to be pulled from the back.
